Well... yeh... why? heres why...

6 people accused me off the following

1. I slid down the hallway on a dolly (breaching the peace)
2. I jumped on a chair... and broke it (destruction of school property)
3. I stole a food court cart (theft of school property)
4. I shouted "white power", spit in a water fountain, and slammed an elevator disabling it.

All of which were either made up or exadgertated. And there are 13+ people that can and will vouge for me. Some of the 13 are my friends, but others aren't. In fact a few of them don't even like me or my friends but they know that I didn't do what I was accused of.

1. I slid down the hallway on a skateboard. In fact an RA saw me.
2. I never broke anything. NOTHING.
3. There was a food court cart outside one day. Me and a few others did not break or take it. But we did push each other around on it.
4. I did shout white power. However, I said it jokingly. My friends (1 black, 1 chineese, and one egyptian and a few white) were there, and some kids that are also not white were there. They know I was joking, and I didnt throw it in anyones face (the last thing I want is to get beat up) and I didnt direct it towards anyone. I did spit in the water fountain. I was chewing and I don't like dirty grimy floors and didnt want to spit on the floor or anything. And I didnt break the elevator. Now I had my arm in the door so that it wouldn't close... I was holding it cause we were waiting for people to join us, and it started to close. So I pushed it back open. Then we rode it down, went outside, smoke cigarettes, and rode it back up. So I obviously did not disable it.

Now I know what everyone is saying. "Why would people say this? Why would the school make such a big about all this if what greg is saying is true?"

Well there are kids that don't like me, and I know why, I don't care...

Now a few weeks ago I was supposed to meet with Dean Leroy Thomas to straighten this all out. Well he refused to listen to anything I had to say and told me that I was not allowed in the dorms until we had another meeting. I asked when the meeting would happen. He replied he didnt know. So I asked if it would happen that week. He replied, "NO, I have to get ready for NJIT day." Then he told me he doesnt care, and that I should have thought about all this before I acted.

Not only did the school not find anything stolen or damaged in any rooms, but they have NO evidence that anything I allegedly did is true.

Now a month ago... My friend Carmine was in his hallway playing hockey. I black kid (named clay from a different dorm) was in the lounge drinking (he was drunk). Well clay came out of the dorm and pushed carmine and made threats. Carmine in self defense hit clay, knocked him out cold. Then went straight to his room and called the police and told them what happened. Clay made up a story that carmine flew in the room and pushed him into a door and knocked him out.
Dean Thomas kicked carmine out of the dorms. But clay didn't get in any trouble AT ALL.
Why did carmine get kicked out? The only thing anyone could think of is that maybe, just maybe, race played a role in all this.

Well 2 days after my meeting. Me and several people had talked to the head of reslife(dorms). She took our side. She let me back into my dorm until the meeting hapened. I stayed out of trouble... I stayed in my room... I tryed so hard that noone knew i was in my room.

Well a week later, I talk to the head of reslife. She tells me I have to leave the dorms. Of coarse I ask why. She says that Dean Thomas found out that I was back in the dorms and he wanted me OUT. (this was last thursday i stay in a friends room at another school and first thing friday i go home)

Well I get to school today... go to math class... and 2 police officers escort me to the office where Dean Thomas tells me that I am suspended from school.

He has made absolutely NO attempt to set up another meeting. He is keeping me in "limbo." And I have no idea what to expect or do next.

 

yeh i know... if i had ANY idea something like this would happen... i'd be a nerd like everyone else... counterstrike 24-7

 

ha ha ha....I hear that. I lived in student housing in college and we never did any of that kind of stuff.....we were too busy drinking beer and chasing tail.

Jack, dude, you gotta start having some more wild weekends cause Greg is catching up to you in the "crazy azz story" category. I say we have a "crazy azz story of the month award"...ha ha ha...jack and and greg FTW! ha ha

I hate to say it, but dont do stupid **** Greg. Lay low, do NOTHING that ANYONE could construe as disruptive or annoying, w/e. You are walking on eggshells. Dont fall in man.

Suspended in college...how long can they do that for? I've heard of people getting kicked out before but not suspended. I was reading somewhere about some kid who was making fun of gay people on his facebook page and somebody pointed out it out to the president of the school and the kid got booted. So I guess your issue with that could have ended up worse also.

 

until I have a meeting w/ upper admin...

basicly... this all falls under NJIT rules... and they can do whatever they want...

And the school doesn't quite favor white males... so... like I said... I've been praying for the best

 

well... if theres any lawyers or anyone who knows laws perty well... i could use some advise...

Its to the point where I feel, as do several other people that the school is trying to make **** hard for us... by scaring us etc...

We can't imagine its legal...

We're gonna start documenting times and things said to us...

Anything that we should keep our radar up for that we could claim harrassment charges?

this is getting way out of hand... we are all scared shittless... they basicly have the rest of our lives in their hands...

 

Next meeting tell them you will sue them if they expel you for false accusations and slander! becuause they sure are messing up your rep! **** would also try getting them on discrimination. dont take this **** from them or any one! and if they do expel sue them for money too. i say for cost of tution you have alreay paid them plus more.
