How about this...get XM radio or something and then use your factory antenna somehow or get a CB antenna that looks a little more factory and have it in the existing spot? yeah i agree, at least a smaller base. the height is ok. but that big base like i've said before is a killer.

Alright alright alright, after reading the various opinons (that all sorta leaned the same way), I decided to buy another antenna. It's a 21inch antenna with a 4-inch base thats the size of your pinky finger. Its a CONSIDERABLE cut back from the 37-inch antenna with the large base... I'll sell the 37 to someone with a truck or what not.

Ok, you've spent money on a saleen body kit and are soon to have saleen wheels, your car is heavy on the styling side, why muck it up with an antenna? The only way I'd do it would be to use the stock antenna location as the cb antenna location. BTW< did you buy your tires yet?
