Default Removing Radio

I don't know if you guys have had a problem with this but I heard it's pretty common in Mustangs. I have a 99 which has the same dash as the 94+ and the clips that hold my AC vents in are busted out causing the vents to sag on the inside where there are no clips. I went to the junk yard today and got new guts with intact clips for the vents. I have to remove my factory cd player and tape player to get it off and I do not have the tool that goes in the holes to pull it out. Anyway have any suggestions on an easy way to get the head units out of here so I can change the guts?

You can use two peices of coat hanger wire bent into a "U" shape.Insert the twire into the holes in the corners of the radio and CD player untill you feel the retainer clips release.Push outward on the tools at the same time and pull the stereo out.My experience has been that this is easier said than done, but it will work.Eventually.
