Default What is the best headlight bulb

I have a 2002 Mustang, and I'm try to find good long last headlight bulbs. I have looked all over the internet but every brand I found has a up and down side to it. The mustang uses a 9007 size bulb, and I don't have money for the HID kit so that's out of the question. I'm just trying to find a bulb that offers a blue, or bluish tint light that will last a long time, and that increases light output with out having to install wire harnesses. So please if you own a car and have tried any of these brands give your input.

sylvania silverstar
PIAA
Wagner
Luminics
Nokya
other (please name brand)
Thanks

Pretty sure the Silverstar bulbs are the Go-to bulb. Doesn't really mean they are the best or brightest, I can't provide the tech. I had a set before I got HIDs.

silverstars are in fact the go-to. Never been able to burn one out.
