Default headlight bulb angle

after lowering my car and getting the smoked heads i have noticed a decrease in the power in my lights because they are angled to far down. I pulled out the *** behind the headlights to prop them up but it ended up shinning in peoples eyes and got many bad responses from people lol. And im using the silverstars so im not using bad bulbs

When adjusting, park in front of a wall or a garage and put them on. Keep the left one just lower than the right so that you're not blinding traffic. Or if you're a total butthole, disregard that step.
