so does anyone know if dumps are legal in pa? im having problems with my exhaust after the mufflers, i had it custom done and the shop did a shitty job so im thinkin i want to just turn them down after the mufflers. what would i have to do to get around inspection and also what sound difference would i hear? thanks

If you have to have emissions done, it's probably illegal. I'm fairly certain all dumps would fail emissions...but PM spike, he could answer this one for you.

not 100% sure, but I believe the exhaust must exit the underneath of the vehicle in some way wether from the side or the back. I don't think it would pass.
