x2. Anytime the tires would start spinning the car would start dying. It's easier to have the tires spin than to have t/c bog the car down every time the rear breaks loose. I had to get out of a parking spot with 5" of frozen snow around my car yesterday. If I had t/c on I would have never been able to move the car because everytime the tires would start spinning the car would die down. 1/2 throttle in first and second, a little bit of back and forth maneuvering, a lot of tire spinning, and I came out of that spot sideways in no time.
