Default help!!!

im stranded and i dont have a clue what the problem is.

so i drove the 10 or so miles to school from home and i got hear parked and i got out. well i noticed that the wheels were off tile and it looked funny so i got in started the car and turned the wheels strait then the car started sputering and shakeing and had a really low and sparatic rpm. so i get out to check under the hood and now the steering wheel is turned 90 degrees and the wheels are strait forward. a toe truck is on the way but im really pissed off and woried. what couild it be???

p.s. its a 98 v6 and it is not leaking any fluids out the bottom and there is no spray marks under the hood. plz helo.

thanks
