Air Intake insullation wrap...does it do anything?

Hey guys, just got a MAC CAI...haven't put it on yet. I saw this while surfing around the other day...

....but will that even do anything (except suck $40 out of my Mustang MOD account?!)

i was thinking something like that MIGHT add what...2-3 hp? for the money, i'm thinkin i'll pass.....
