Cool DUMB QUESTION: Car/Engine Specs?

Can someone please direct this newbie in the direction of where I can find my true car and engine specs, thank you much!

4.6 liter over head cam 16 valve motor. 3.55bore X 3.54stroke. 9.4:1 compression ratio.

260 @ 5250 RPM (flywheel)
302 @ 4000 RPM (flywheel)
