Umm I might be wrong but unless you have already upgraded to the Cobra brake kit then those rotors wont fit your car. If im right then the Cobra rotors are 14 inchers and the V6/GTs are 13 inches. But if ya got the Cobra stuff allready then I say go for it!
Like I said Im not real sure on those rotor sizes but its something to look into.

I don't know I've heard mixed reviews about aftermarket brakes.. I would either get the Ford Racing cobra/mach or stay oem

don't bother... that's over 300 bucks for so-so pads and decent rotors.

Just get a cobra kit. 75 bucks more and I'll let you punch me in the mouth if you don't like a cobra kit better than any stock GT/v6 size set. Take my word for it, get a cobra kit. 400 bucks and you get lines, pads, rotors, calipers and tooth chipping stops.

I thought you were buying springs because you were debating on getting shocks/struts too. Why don't you wait on the brakes and get shocks/struts?

I'm confused.

unfortionatly everything that is worth doing to a car is $$$$$. Especially brakes don't go cheap on brakes because stopping is one of the most important things.

that's one of the hidden bargains... killer streetable brakes are 400 bucks away. Cobra kits can be had all day long and come complete from lines to pads. no better bang for the buck.

you're completely nuts.. installing them is easier than using them. Can you change a tire? you can change your brakes. Doesn't require air.. just a friend to help you bleed them.
