Default Inspection sticker..

Well, I went to my dads friends gas station to get an inspection sticker (only place I can go) Apparently in the gay state of MA everything is illegal on my car (exhaust too loud, tint to dark, tailight tint too dark etc..) He had to give me a reject becuase of my check engine light.. I have Borla Stingers with SLP catted X-pipe it was O/R so I had the MIL eliminators on and the light stayed off but I recently screwed of the rear 02''s becuase they came loose and started dragging which then they get ripped and the light came back on.. Now My question is how can I turn off the light so it can pass inspection.. a tuner? also im looking to tone down the exhaust a bit... would a different mid-pipe help?

get a tuner to turn off the sensors and yes a mid pipe with cats will quiet things down.

the only way your gonna get it quieter is to put different mufflers (which costs money to put on and have your stingers welded back on after everything is done) or you can go on ebay and get a stock h-pipe. this is the reason i have kept my stocker, but i havent needed it yet. lol

and get an xcal so you can turn off the rear o2 sensors.

if you have the stock manifolds or shorty headers then you will be able to replace your midpipe with the stock h pipe...if you have long tubes then your pretty much screwed.

go with a catted H pipe, if that is STILL too loud then i would say put on the stock H pipe to pass emissions then put on whatever mid pipe you want.
