Anyone in NJ know if i'll fail for having a nitrous system? Should I just remove my bottle? ****!

 

I'd take the bottle out just to be safe. Around here I think I'd be fine if I had nitrous in place, but a lot of states have some strict rules.

Edit: Are they going to look in your trunk though? In Texas they don't even pop the hood. You might be good to go.

 

You should be completely fine, what have they done in the past? I'm sure they won't go around looking in every car for nitrous. Take out the bottle just be to be safe.

 

They will see the lines and solenoid under the hood. That's my concern.

Just take the bottle out and you should have no problems. It's not illegal to have soleniods and lines on your car.

Thats sweet. I remembered I had tinted taillights too. But my inspection is due in July. Maybe i'll wait a day. :-P

 

NJ must be pretty strict, people don't worry too much about inspection out here.

 

Hell, they don't even have inspections in Arkansas. Since I grew up in Texarkana, TX, which is right on the Texas-Arkansas state line, if you had a race car or couldn't get it passed in Texas, you take it over to Arkansas becuase anything flies here.

 

i was due in june lol i have tints so im waiting until i get back from vacation on the 6th and ill go and pass
