Default Headlight adjustment

Is there any way to adjust my 2000's headlights up a little? I feel like I'm driving around at night with WWII bomb raid headlights.

Look in the manual, it tells you there. If you don't have one, just park your car 25' away from a wall, and measure the distance from the ground to headlights and from the ground to where the headlights hit the wall. If they don't match, pop the hood and using a philips head screwdriver, stick it in the small plastic screw that's on top of each headlight (hard to see it since it's recessed in) and turn until the two measurements match.
