Default 2004 GT Clutch Adjustment????

I bought my wife a 2004 GT Mustang for Christmas. She does not like the clutch engaging postion on the pedal. It engages near the floor. Is there a way to raise the engaging position in the pedal? Thanks for your help

Also check if you have plush carpet mats and its not sitting right. Remove it and see if she likes it. Not sure about current GTs but on my SVO has a self adjuster. Push up on clutch pedal with your foot then depress down.

Get underneath your car
remove the cable shield on your transmission
loosen or tighten the screw on the end of the cable to your desired engagement setting.
fin.

For me, my engagement is kind of too far from the ground. I want it closer to the ground.

Yea mine is letting out at the top too, but when I try to adjust it, I never hear the clicking. Maybe I should invest in one of the firewall adjusters as well...
