Default Whats wrong with my car??

ok i have been hearing this sound thats a creaking sound when ever i turn the steering wheel to the left and only when im going really slow and not on the gas. but when i step on the brake the sound is gone. is there a problem with my power steering? the power steering fluid is full or is it a brake issue brake fluid is also full.

i had a similar problem a while back on my car. It turned out to be a cracked power steering resivouir bracket. so you may want to check that out.

there's a TSB for this sort of issue IIRC. THe bushings on the k-member/steering rack are said to be less than ideal. Polyurethane bushings and a little white lithium grease should fix you up.

I can't make it much more to the point than that. Turn 1 way, makie squeaky + turn other way, no makie squeaky = worn rack bushings. Have fun, replace with poly-urethane.
