Default do i need the installation kit??

i bought the 4.10s and they just got here now when i go to the shop to install them do i need a install kit or wat?

Well the install kit is just new bearings, and my thoughts on that are that if you are taking it apart, and want it to last, go ahead and replace them while you are in there. Unless of course your car has low miles on it. What kinda mileage do you have.

Default Cheap insurance

At 35k you could probably get away with recycling your bearings, but you should still replace your gasket(s). If it were mine I'd replace the whole thing.

Yea, I would too at 35k, just do it, its only like 100 bucks. Worth it to do it now.

Yep at 35000 I would replace it all and same time and trouble in the long run.

ima replace everything cuz i drive crazy and i want my rear end to last


my friends ws6 is in the shop right now his bearings blewup and the rear end is toast

i have to echo what everyone else is saying.

with gears, you don't want to mess around. get the install kit and make sure that the shop doing the work is reputable.
