Default 13 in rear brakes

Is there any reason to get 13s for the rear besides looks.

I was going to go with them in back to match 13s up front but I was told its pretty much pointless. Its just a larger rotor on the same single piston caliper so im sure the results are very minimal.

yeah and you will lose a tiny bit of horses and acceleration... they are heavier and wider, so the weight is further out... yeah... no need at all lol... cross rilled / slotted stock size would be awesome...

they're bling. Rear brakes do almost none of the serious braking work on a stang. Having too much in the rear will unbalance your braking system anyway and may cause more rear lockup during uber-hard stops. I'd have em' but only for the looks, and I'd use a stock pad to keep the bite conservative.

Thanks to all, I will change the rears to the red Cobra for looks but will keep the stock size rotors.

Just save yourself the hassle, and paint yours, or have them powdercoated. Only reason why I went with the cobra rears is because I needed new pads and rotors anyways, and im picky about that stuff.
