Default Rear Brakes

Can anyone out there please tell me the easiest way to disconnect the emergency brake cables from the back calipers? Changing out the stock brakes from 1995 and I can't get that cable to come out. HELP.

Look by the equalizer bar (follow both cables and you'll see the bar they're attached too). I think you are suppose to release the e-brake handle and have sombody push that bar towards the rear while you disconnect the calipers. Don't quote me on this but w/e you do, resist the urge to remove the return springs on the caliper.
