Exclamation Installing my mirrors.

So I pulled into the garage of my new house for the first time and totally f***ed up the left passenger side mirror. I feel like an idiot but its one of those single car garage's and my family still has all the boxes piled on the side so it was hard to judge. Anyway, I think I’m going to order the stock 03 GT's ones but I was wondering if someone out there would be kind enough to give me a basic walkthrough on the installation process. Tools needed, how much time it will take, etc. I would really appreciate it because my first car show is on Saturday! Thanks!

simple, remove Mach 460 door tweeter cover (the fabric covered dealie that says "mach 460"... it just pops off) if so equipped or the little triangle plastic piece inside the car opposite the mirror, remove 3 nuts, done. If you have power mirrors, you'll need to remove the door panel to access the wires.

To do that, pry up the hand rest area (where the hand grip is) and then unscrew all the screws you can find that hold it on, then pull out on the bottom and then lift straight up and it should pop right off.

Remember, the thing is designed for easy assembly by highschool dropouts. It's not hard, don't let it be smarter than you and it'll be plenty easy.

Hope that helps.

You should get the foldable ones just in case it happens again. I have them but in red which will be painted black.
