Default License Plate Mirrors

hey my buddy with a WRX has this thing over his plates its like a mirror or a reflector that you cant read the plate from certain angles. i looked ALL over online and i can only find these budget plastic covers but this seriously looked like a mirror sheet over the plate. this company called phatomplates sells the cheap plastic covers thats not it. the one im looking for almost looks like a sheet of glass with weird angles in it so the image is blurred. he wont tell me where he got his. anyone know?

i was reading a magazine and there was this spray that you spray on your license plate to make it glossy. The cameras can't pick it up. I forget where i saw it at but check google. you can find anything there. i'm just too lazy to look it up.

I've seen them at Pep Boys and Autozone and they sell for $20. They even had a display with and without. I think it's like those screen covers that you can put on your computer monitor. Unless you are close and directly in front of it, everything is blurred. I'd think that cops would love to pull you over though.
