Im either going to use Dallas Mustang or Lonestar Performance. I havent had great experiences with Lonestar so Im probablly going to use DM.

this is the kit I have http://stage3motorsports.com/product/SM01-3K000-V8 it came on the car.

with that package you'll want to stick with the suspension list I gave you. Use MM's coil over kit for koni/tokico style struts. The back half you can leave alone but you have to convert to coil-over with the turbo kit so the front springs and control arms have to change. Griggs K-member, and MM everything else. At least you'll save on the cost of struts. You'll want to select front spring rates depending on how hard you plan to flog your steed and how sensitive you are to ride harshness. No stiffer than 350#" for a streetable ride. I'd probably look at 275's or 300's for you. Those are still damn firm but they're not uncomfortable for most.
