What is the best kind on the market (dynomax, flowmaster, magnaflow, etc.) and why?

 

There is really not one muffler design that is better than others....the only difference is in sound and quality. Some people like the sound of chambered mufflers, other like the sound of straight through mufflers. I personally have dynomax bullets (straight through muffler) and like them better than my old 40 series flows (chambered)...

w00t. it's all up to taste. listen to what others have in person (recordings suck for picking exhaust) and decide what sounds nice to you.

I like magnaflow, bassani and borla but I detest flows and LM setups. It's all in what you like personally. Our opinions mean NOTHING.

 

I heard a Cobra once with a Dr gas X pipe and magnaflows...damn it sounded good and loud.
