Default Cobra Brakes or Baer?

How much of an improvement are the 10th Anniversary/Bullitt brakes to the stock GT brakes, and would I benefit more from getting Baer instead?

I think it is a significant improvement over stock, I believe the Baer are just like the cobra/mach ones (pbr) except maybe more expensive?

That's crazy, I'm almost uncomfortable with how weak my stock brakes are.

Don't you think if those brakes were adequate for the cobra they would have used them on it? Of course those brakes are better than the stock ones that come on the GT and they are just not for looks. The same PBR caliper is also on the corvettes.

I switched to all OEM cobra all around and its a big noticable difference. Id say just go with the cobras.

Get the Cobra and if you feel you want more stopping power get the Cobra R.

Stock GT brakes SUCK GIANT DONKEY BAWLZ. They're unsuitable for the V6, much less a V8 car.

I have the baer kit, it's a cobra kit with a better looking logo. Pick one, they're alll great...bullit/mach1/cobra/baer. If you autocross without them, you're just being silly. If you drive hard wtihout them, ditto.

I drive hard, really hard. 1 lane mountain road at top speed hard. My cobra kit has never been anything but great. If you race road courses all the time, then the brembo 4 piston kit is better.

Anyone that thinks the stock brakes are ok for a car as fast as this should let me drive them around for an hour. I've actually caused my brake fluid to boil on some of the runs I've done just going to work. When you need more braking and you don't have it, you'll wish you had gone ahead and gotten it. Down with leafblowers and stock GT brakes.
