Default somthing is wrong here......

what do you guys think ...i took it to this shop that i herd is cheap ...50 bucks for 3 pulls ...sounds good but now that i went and did my pulls i have a really bad feeling that the dyno is off.....

not trying to be a dick about my car not having power but cmon tell me what you think

N/A with my mods

275 tq

nitrous

300hp
400tq

thats with tb plenum kand n filter offroad xpipe flowmaster muffs.
diablo "performance tune"

also i have 4.10s but i douubt they would hurt my numbers that much...

im sparying a 100 shot with a nx wet plate kit ....

think im a loser with low numbers or is this dyno off??

need more information.. can you scan the dyno sheet?

do you know if it was a mustang dyno or a dynojet? and were your numbers SAE corrected?

those numbers are entirely within reason.

Betting that you use a wet kit for the giggle gas, I would check your AF on the nitrous runs. I'll bet you're running too rich on the fuel jet. You would probably want to drop .05 from the jet orifice size. Leave the nitrous jet the way it is and check the AF again.

Other than that, I've seen hundreds of dyno runs by new edge cars with bolt ons just like yours and they all put down within 15hp of your car. It's not the strongest I've seen but it's not weak.

You're pulling on your cobra driving friend because your torque is super high on nitrous and you don't have to spin a blower to make that power so there's more free power. This is the reason I started with my 5.4L swap... more tq means mo' bettuh pulling power.

i did see him putting in some numbers before he started and he put in one field that the car weighed 4000lbs.....could this be the culprit

no. Your car only makes within 10% of the figures you got off the dyno and you're in need of a better nitrous tune. That's life.

The predator performance tunes suck ***. Its lean most likely. I sure hope you arent running that Diablo tune with the nitrous. If you are then your are barrowed time.

We went through everything when my brothers 01 gt was pulling down 270 rwhp on a mustang dyno... with a kenne bell blowing 6psi
turns out the gears (3.73) were not the culprit, his intake, nor exhaust were to blame. Kenne bell offers a tune using the SCT chips with their tune already on the chip. Basically the is a rich rich rich superconservative tune. Its hit or miss wether or not it works well with your car, but 270hp was pathetic for a KB, even the non-intercooled breed. Went back to chris at XXtuning and he got it back on the dyno and re-tuned it... car put down 360+rwhp... something like 410 at the fly... my brother does have a/f gauges in the car and they always slammed into the red as soon as he touched the gas... fricken KB tunes... cost him 300 to get it retuned and new dyno runs...

Don't get caught up in the Dyno numbers. Take it to a track and see what you run. That's the only true test.
