Lightbulb What to launch a 2000 Gt at with 4.10's

I just got my 4.10's installed last week and am racing this week and i was wondering what to launch my car at? I was launching at 2100rpms with my stock gears, but as you know, the 4.10's are hard to grab traction. And don't forget that traction control wasn't an option till 2001, so i don't have a locker or any reputable t-lock, just the p.o.s posi traction that come stock with the car. Here's my list of mods and see what you think i should launch at based on the mods. Just a guess, but i say about 260rwhp. The one thing that worries me is the 18" rims. Since i put them on, i noticed a slower time at the track, but they look a lot better than 16's.

launch from idle and slowly bring it up untill its spinning. i set my rpms at about 1200 so i dont have to fiddle with the gas at the track.

just launch like normal, but you let your foot up slower as it grabs traction.

the same differential is in every gt from 99-06. Bloody Ford 8.8 Trak-Loc. Traction control has nothing to do with the differential in our cars. The difference is electronics. Positraction is GM, Trak-Loc is Ford.
