6000 rpm on slicks sounds sufficient.

no one can tell you where to launch at. its different depending on whats done to the car, track conditions, type of tires, suspention setup, weather conditions, ect.

thats like asking what someones car is going to do in the 1/4. its a pretty stupid and plain question that simply cant be given a proper response.

Its an auto, launch off idle. He wont be able to bring up the RPM's that much anyways. So there wouldnt be that much difference. Unless hes putting it in neutral like an idiot.

14.4 is actually pretty decent for a 95 vert.

14.4 is a little high even for a stock auto/vert. the box and 20s arent helping much either. There are alot of factors that also play roles, track prep weather etc. What mods are done to the car? If he has exhaust, headers, etc. Then tell him to Jump on some 3.73's or 3200 stall or both if he has the money.
