not very fast. Actually funny quick story. A guy I was talkin to who had the spec-v(whatever that means) told me he had intake, exhaust, headers, and a chip(maybe more i dunno) and he said "I Prolly run low 15's" I almost laughed, but he for real thought it was hot stuff. Altimas... a little more hp..a lot more weight. Theyre fast for family sedans...but that doesnt say much

Your joking right??? Sentra seR spec-V's are like 160ish WHP with intake chip and exhaust....not quick at all. The Altima's if it's the 4cyl dont even bother asking it's a waste of time, the V6 altima on the other hand is a decent car. They run mid to high 14's stock. I ran a v6 altima in my boy's old neon (2.0 SOHC with an intake) and beat the snot out of it! So theres your answer they arent quick!

I had a 2004 Sentra Spec V that was pushing 17psi thru a vortech. That managed a 13.9 I also put 3 motors in it by the time it had 40,000miles on it. They can make decent numbers but they dont hold up for long. The Altima SE-R is running the 275hp 350Z motor anda six speed are actually quite impressive. Still a Stock GT would have no problem running either of these front wheel drive turds.

Wow not much respect for the SER lineup

A stock Sentra Spec V is easily a 15.0-15.3 car in the 1/4. I had an 02 and ran it to a 15.1 bone stock. I have seen them run as fast as 14.8 bone stock. They are actually a pretty good car, descent power (175hp), 6 speed, good handling, and a cheap price (mine was 16,600 new in 02).

The Altima SER is a great car, a little expensive, but it weights just over 3,000lbs, has 260hp, and can run 14.0-14.3 range. It is definatly a drivers race stock for stock vs a pre 05 GT. The GT would certainly have a slight edge but they are definatly no slouch.
