02 - 05 Altima 3.5L V6 - 245hp, 246tq, 3197lbs
06 Altima 3.5L V6 - 250hp, 249tq
If he does have the 3.5L V6, you will get beat pretty easily unless he sucks at driving.

You know what, just race him! Plain and simple if you lose you buy more go fast parts and woop his ***! Later. Maybe it's me but if you don't take it to a track and find out, why ask? If your street racing(Which is illegal and could get yourself killed) don't ask here but that's my .02
Besides you'll have the advantage at a track if you can drive your car.

i agree with this guy
by buddy had one of those cars before he got his 06 gt. every race i walked on him like he wasnt moving but i have a lot more power in my car than you do. just race the guy and see what happens. one thing is for sure, your car has more potential than his. my buddy's car had heads/cams/tune/exhaust and i still walked on him pretty bad. thats why he traded it in on the gt.
