Default carb cleaner

im gonna sound dumb cuz i dont know the name of the part, but is it ok to spray carb/throttle body cleaner inside of the large metal part after the TB that says "5.0 H.O."?

lol... the intake manifold...

yeh... its fine...

Theres gonna be alot of oil in there(cause of the PCV)... you may want to pull the whole manifold off and clean it up good... be carefull that you dont mung up the gaskets

yea i realized that like the second after i posted. wow im an idiot. anyways cleaned it and idle is smoother now, but didnt accomplish much towards my high-RPM probs. anyone know why why car would accelerate noticably slower after like 4.5k than in lower rpms? it used to start around 3k, but i cleaned the MAS and that helped alot, but its still not right.

fuel problem

run some injector cleaner
replace fuel filter
check fuel system and check timing
