the plate kit is a built in intake restriction and would probably cost you a few hp without the juice going. The fogger would be my choice.

And a fogger is hella quick to remove when needed.

Hella LOL.

Well actually a plate kit would be simpler to remove sine with a fogger you have to drill in a hole for the fogger. If you're going with a NX kit I would go with a fogger though. It's simpler to hide, if you'd like to hide it, and they don't make a plate kit for my sixer so plate kits suck! LOL. Nah either way you go they're good kits, and don't worry about the restriction of a plate it's not that big of a deal.

Cool now go ahead order up a svt pump and a genx2 kit and spray a 125 shot. Have fun in the low 13's to high 12's

No worries... I'm down wit that.

<My $.02> ratings mean dik. it's the tuning that determines the actual gain. From what I've seen... you use a NOS or a Zex or Venom 100hp shot and you get every bit of 100hp at the tires and usually like 125tq. </My $.02>

that said, whatever makes you comfortable is what you should own. No sense in having fun if you're worried all the time.

The plate kits have a serious lean spike. Thats why you should go with the nozzle kit.

plus 2 unless you get it dyno tuned and a tuner can help with that spike alot.

Takes a good amount of tuning. The nozzle kit is just easier to work with. I HIGHY suggest a dyno tune either way.

3,000rpms off and i use 5,700rpms off. But i power shift threw the gears so i need it off a bit before the limiter too make sure the nitrous is out of the manifold. I dont know your mods so just i would say 5,800rpms is pretty safe rpm to shift at with out getting out of your rpm rang.

Default How bad is it to install?

I can get a venom system, new with everything needed for $300.00. The local shop I go to charges $1000.00 for the whole thing, installed and the ZEX system 100 shot + the dyno tune. What's worth?

You need to start your own thread and im not totaly sure what your even asking.

If you have an auto i dont know you got a window switch with the auto its only a matter of flip it on over 3,000rpms and then when your done you lift off the thorttle and the kit turns off. Buut since you have it again 3k on and have it set for just higher then your shift points so it sprays threw the shifts for maximum power. By now i hope you have upgraded your tranny with a j-mod and cooler or the like.

The next mod you do should be j-mod (or the like) and a cooler for the tranny. You do not want it to slip and eat up the clutch packs when your on the bottle. Its cheap and easy to do so make that your next event of mods. YOu also drop around a tenth in the 1/4 with a valve body mods.
