they are both good. go with what you like. its kinda like the catback question everyone gonna tell you differently. in realitly they all do the same thing.

I been running a pro5.0 ever since I bought the stang...however everyone has their preference, some like steeda, some like pro5.0 and some like the mgw! Its all about taste...

I lowered mine a little bit by adding an 05 GT shift knob.
