Default need help ASAP!!!

hmmm i just got a cai for my v6 2001 and of coarse- NO INSTRUCTIONS- so i figured how hard could it be? well i have everythign in, but 1)the vacuumtube coming from the engine seems too short? or maybe im doign it wrong since there wasnt any diagrams 2)theres a little rubber hole and im not sure what to do with it
i need help asap cuz its 8 oclock and i gotta go to school tomorrow!! haha any diagrams or REAL instructions would be wonderful

the rubbe rhole i would assume is for the IAT its a sensor that goes after the MAf into the intake. and the hoes for the PCV system should be able to reach the intkae unless you have it somehow in wrong...

yeah, did u get your CAI from Mustang Tuning? I had the same problem installing mine, what I did was went to Advanced Autoparts and got some new hosing, you can measure the length to make sure it over laps the tub coming out, as far as the second hole, you need a rubber plug, i got one at my Ford Performance shop and u just plug up the whole with that. People kept telling me there was a sensor supposed to go in there, but when I took it to my dealer they said my car didn't have that sensor on it, and all i needed to do was plug it up. It's anoying I know but for some reason its not on some V6's. Hope this helps...

look at that bottleneck at your mass air housing unit...booooo!
Other then that, I had a write up on the CAI install for my 01 on my site dude, may have helped you out.

we also make a 76.1mm MAH for better flow if your interested, and a EGR Delete
