Default Need Help Asap!!!

i have a 1986 mustang gt that was completely stock with 89000 original miles.we just pulled the motor and relaced the stock cam with a e303 ford cam and new roller lifters,as well as new cam bearings.we just finshed installing the motor and the car wont start. every time i try to start it ,it just turns over and over and there is a very strong smell of fuel. i pulled the spark plugs and they were soaked. i disconnected the fuel pump with the plugs ou to clear the chamber but no luck. i have fuel and spark.the timing is set to 10 degrees before tdc. i tried adjusting the timing but no luck. i need this car for transportation so hopefully someone can help me soon. thanks

How do you know you have spark?
How did you time it without it running. Make sure it's compression stroke TDC and drop dist back in and make sure rotor pointing to #1
If you saw strong spark on the plug, then definately firing order next.
