STOP YELLING! We can see lowercase letters too.
Since both the 95 Cobra R and the Saleen S351 both existed as production (sorta) cars with 351's, this is a fairly well supported swap. Deleting the computer and underhood harness should for the most part be just that easy (well.. the harness is sorta a bitch in places but with the motor out not so bad).
Easy enough:
You need to set up the fuel system a little different too. We'll get there in a minute.
Crossmember: is called a K-member. It's important that you use the right terminology or you'll get unexpected parts when you order them. You'll need the k-member and motor mounts from a 94-95 Mustang GT.
Exhaust: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HOK-6133HKR/ a set of shorty headers MADE for 351's in SN95 chassis.
Fuel: http://www.cartech.net/fuelsystems.htm Pickup tube, 3rd thing down.
http://www.cartech.net/instrucfuelputube.htm Instructions
You'll need a fuel pump of course and fuel lines and filter setup but that bit up there will convert your EFI pump (reversible) setup to an external carb pump setup.
Driveshaft: check the length. I think you're going to need a custom shaft but not sure.

damn... and I thought I was being short about it. Well... if you need any more info, LMK. The 5.4 swap and the 351 swap are basically the same thing in their respective years so the 5.4 swappers in the mustang world will probably be a lot more help to you than the usual fox-body guy.
