Exclamation Clutch PROBLEM. HELP! =(

2000 V6, 80K miles...
I have a problem with my car and I'm about to hit it with a bat.
Installed a new aluminum spec flywheel, new spec satge 1 clutch, new MM cable.
Everything seems fine when I start the car.
As I drive the clutch pedal stiffens up to where I cannot go into gear anymore after a few miles and stiffens up quicker on stop and go's.
If I park the car and let it "cool down", the pedal is no longer stiff and it happens all over again.
Has anyone come across this problem or have any ideas to where I should start looking? I would really appreciate it!!!

What cable and clutch setup are in the car. And do you use the stock quadrant and firewall adjuster.

stage 1.
I do need to say that i have not tried to press the clutch over and over while the engine is off.... Gears go in nice and smooth before turning car on and will not go into gear after this stupid stuff happens, even after car is off. I have to wait a couple of hours i assume but i always wait till the next day because by then i'm not streesing anymore =)

update: looking under the car it looks like the pilot bearing came out a bit, all the way out almost or maybe all the way out.

I'm thinking maybe i forgot to take something that shouldve been taken off before installing it or if i forgot to add something.

i recently changed out the motor and maybe it threw something out of wack like the pivot ball, the fork, etc...

anyone?
