Default My v6 for land???WWYD

I put my car on craigslist just to see what people would offer me for my car and some guy offered me some land with a clubhouse, like a partyhouse which is right in front of some lake called Lake Granbury. i know it sounds crazy because why doesnt he just sell the land and get a new car.i asked him that and he told me he just doesnt like paying for the property taxes and he doesnt even really go over there. would you trade your car for it?
im thinking about doing it and flipping the land for about 30gs and getting a cobra or something. he gave me the realtors number and told me to go look at the place.i think im going to check it out this weekend.would you do the same?

That is most likely a scam because you can sell a deed to land without actually owning any rights to the land. I forgot what the word is but that's basically the gist of it. If you decide to do it, make sure you bring a lawyer so you know you're not getting ripped off.

yeah if your interested in this trade off, you def need to bring a lawyer or someone to make sure you will not get fucked over, cause most likely you will from what i believe with all the bs that can go on with it.
