Default True Duals now or wait?

Ok Here is what i was wondering? I am getting some good money back on my tax return and am willing to spend some on my exhaust. Now i want MAC LT headers but will also need the short H-pipe to go with it, and i would not install that right now since i would not have enough to finish the rest of my exhaust. So should i buy that now anyway or should i get A true dual set up now with a h-pipe and get the LT headers and diff h-pipe later?

I agree, you would save by doing it all at once.

yeah it would prob be better,
also i was talking to the MAC people and this is what i was told. Makes sense but let me know what you think?

"But also at the same time no long tube header is street legal so if you are looking at keep the cats on for that reason you do not need to because the headers are already going to be illegal on the vehicle.
You will not be able to pass state inspections with them on the vehicle."

So i would not have cats then, Here in New Mexico we are not as strict about that type of thing and i used to have to get an emissions test every year for my job since i work on the Air Force Base but we dont have to do that now. So if i go this way with the LT's i wont be street legal. just dont know if i want to do that. Any ideas?
