is there a way to tell what gears you have on your car? my dad had a friend put a new tranny on my car and its way different but i am not in contact with the people who put it in, and I was just curious if there was a way to tell a difference. is the only way to tell to open up and look at the gears? I really have no idea about this stuff lol

 

well.. you would need to probably have as much information as possible so that's a start. Track down folks, identify what kind of tranny you have, what kind of car you drive... etc.

 

its a v6 mustang 5 spd lol sorry forgot to include that
