Default car shuddering

Sometimes when I'm accelorating or holding a constant speed, my car shudders or shakes, kinda feels like a misfire. I'm right at 100k miles and I'm not sure when the plugs and wires were replaced, or if they were. We're changing them this week, but I was wondering if that is what is causing it. Does that sound like plugs? Or something else?
