Ok the check engine light has been on for quite sumtime n whenever i finally got the tuner i check it and it show a code of p1407 which is (Exhaust Gas Recirculation No flow Dectected). wat the hell is this ****, i know it has to be electrical or esle it would show but this damn light is getting me pissed off, i dont know if its my hole EGR valve cuz i just replaced it like about 9 months ago (wait a second thats a long time) do yall think its time to replace my egr valve, or do i just have to clean it or can i just turn off the light

 

It is an environmental thing. It basically means that there is a leak somewhere in your oxygen/recycling/enviro system. I had this happen a while back, and it turned out to be my main DPFE sensor. Cost $0 for labor and $99 for the part. Don't forget to diconncect the battery for five minuted after the service. This resets the competer and turns that annoying light out. My guys didn't do this, so when I got back inthe car...the lights was still on. Fortunately I already knew what to do. You may have something different wrong, but you will need to reset to get that light off. Good Luck!

 

hahaha, damn i forgot about this thread i made, lol, i already got it fixed man but thanx though, once i got it fixed i just turned off the light with my tuner.
