Hey, i have a 2002 3.8 mustang, i need help finding a used or cheap new alternator, my uncle has a 4.6 lincoln mark 8 engine and he also has a old 5.0 HO mustang engine, he said i can have them, i was wondering if they will work. or anythign else i could try becuz 250 is alot to shell out. I was like driving today and my amp for my subs wouldnt work and eventually my stereo kicked off, then it took like 4 hours to rev my car past 3000rpm lol, it got horrible. but thanks for any help!

 

Depending on your system you might want to look into charging upgrades, or your going to burn out a lot of alternators.
