Alright so ive just ordered some 4.10 gears and a posi-trac for my 02 v6. I already have a cat-back exhaust and plan on getting an sct livewire flash tuner when all of the bolt-ons are in. For intake im just getting a k&n filter. I need some help with the headers, pullies, and throttle bodies. I was looking at the BBK ceramic shorty headers and BBK 65mm throttle bodies. Are these a good choice?? What kind of pullies should i get?? and is a throttle body spacer any good?? Im hoping to get around 190rwhp when all is done.

 

dont waste your time/money on engine bolt-ons. they do close to NOTHING on a 6er. spend that bolt-on money on nitrous, or save for a turbo, or a supercharger.

Will you see a difference? yeah, you will definatly feel some gains. I just dont know what they dyno stock, i would guess maybe you will pick up 15-20hp though, the 4:10s will make a DRASTIC difference. I know that 4:10's on GT's have been known to strip .5 off the 1/4mile

 

TB spacer does nothing and netiehr does the TB with stock cam and heads. For headers either go MAC long tubes or dont bother shorties on the V6 do almost nothing.
