Default Chirp 2nd gear

Hey all. Ive got the 4.10 gears with t-lok and chirping 2nd is no problem for my little auto six banger! Ive gotten it to spin out sideways just going into 2nd gear on DRY pavement. Just wondering what anyone elses expierences with upgraded gears are?

Hate to break it to you but it's not that great... spin out = lack of traction = slower car...

And besides it's not hard to do especially with the stock tires.

he's right. I can easily chirp the tires going into second and I have the stock gearing. (and a 5-spd)

Right...and yet you brag about breaking loose going into second and spend money on performance mods. Hey tell you what you want to ride in something really impressive. Come on down to cali and ride in my auto V6 I can break loose from 1-2 and 2-3 sadly...I need some shocks and struts and some LCA's

Oh and I have 295/35 tires out back...Toyo T1R proxes great tires all around, not the cheap *** kuhmo's alot of people get and can't get traction and wonder why...

i'm sure all of us have had a lil fun with the whole loss of traction issue. with my car stock i could spin halfway thru second, and one time i chirped third. idk how but it happend, may have been sand on the pavement, wind at my back, going downhill or sumthin' but it happend! lol. and i'll get back to ya with the chirping thing after i get the 3.73's and t-lock installed. it's all sitting in my garage right now, i can't freakin' wait!!

mine does the same thing in second gear. I have an auto though, so I can't control it.
