Howdy and welcome to the board !!! Go with gears first and then maybe a hi flo air filter, CAI are just not really worth the money.

We have a nice v6 exhaust sticky at the top go check that out before you go buy flowermasters. As for the intake there is like 1-2hp to be had, save your money for something else. Only thing i would do it search ebay for a used replacement K&N or the like filter and toss that on with the intake silencer pulled out.

the 04 V6 was a 3.9... not that it really matters and I am unsure if ALL were 3.9's... MAC exhaust FTW

I wouldn't want a 3.9 because then there wouldn't be any cool nicknames for it such as 3.hate

Well lets stop right here and ask the real question ,what do you want to do with the car? if you want to spend little moeny and drag race etc... nitrous is the way to go, if your not and want power all the time etc.. a blower or turbo is more for you. This matters because the choices you make here depends on this.

If your just trying to get some more pep from it then a simple exhaust upgrade will add some, but dont expect much without a power adder or heads, cam, intake upgrades.

If your gunna go that far as to a blower/turbo, you might as well take a step back a bit and just go buy a GT....

No v6 bashing in the v6 section.

There is nothing wrong with v6power! even more soo when you can get v8 power and v6 mileage and costs.

Oh, i didn't mean it like that. I meant if you were going to turn it into a drag race car, then you might want to save yourself some time/effort and buy a GT.

Then you can say why not a 4v and soo on. You dont have to have a drag car to make it faster
