So i got bored last night and went over to importtuner forums, and posted a question, it said what do yall imports not like about americanmuscle. So i jsut checked it again, and the post has been viewed 70+times and i have 1 reply, his main reason for not liking american, he says they arn't as reliable, they arn't as technilogicaly advanced, and imports have more power per litter... I was thinking dang thats all you got on us. wow kinda funny i think..

There are only couple of imports I give a fack about....Evo's and STI's. I'm sure there are some other fast imports, but those two cars have my respect. The rest of them are **** ants.

 

i try to give respect where it is deserved, but sometimes its just really hard to, excpesially the ones that are fast, but sound like a pissy weedeater. but there are some nice imports.

 

ohh and i started to talk to the guy who said that more, and it turns out he like the 03-04 cobra, the ford gt, the corvette, and the viper more than most imports, but he is happy with his STI

 

That figures....The import guys and LS1 guys are kind of the same in there way of thinking about mustangs. They think unless it's a Cobra it's a piece of crap and not fast.

You should see the looks I get from import guys....they can't figure out what the fack a mach 1 is and they really can't figure out what the hood scoop is all about....then I get the other ones who think a mach is nothing more than a GT with a hood scoop and want to race because they happen to beat a bone stock auto GT with a grandma driving it.

ohh and i sent another message saying i hate the pissy weedeater exhsaust, he responded back that he does to, but he had an exhaust on his car that had ppl beliving it was a v8.. but he had to take it off because he got a ticket, and was under survalence for a while so he had to go back bone stock..

 

For every fast import there are many more faster domestics.

I know this really isn't related to what you are saying but something kinda funny happened to me tonight. I was sitting at a stoplight tonight talking to my wife sitting in the passenger seat and my little boy was in the back seat. I think it was probably a 2000 or so v8 chevy truck with a big dent in the bed pulled up next to me with a younger guy driving. The light turned green and he mashed the pedal down. I heard that loud chevy hillbilly truck sound. lol Like instinct I just kinda gave the mustang about 3/4 throttle for a second and caught up with him and shifted to second then third. He's got his truck mashed down and giving it all it's got. This is rush hour traffic. I'm in third and basically just goofing around at maybe half throttle to hear my exhaust and then let off. This guy's about a car lenghth ahead and he's still got it mashed down. The truck is screaming. heheh... I just let him go and was laughing. I told my wife I bet he goes and tells all his mullet friends that he just beat a mustang gt in his chevy pickup. heheh...
Just wanted to share that. I thought it was pretty funny. Why do chevy trucks try to race me all the time? WHY!?!?! lol..
