Default Shaker Ram Air

Short n' sweet; is it worth putting down the money for a Shaker Ram Air or should I just get a bunch of little things, like the 4.10 packadge from AM?

ram air is a myth, it will not add hp. Only thing it will do is allow very cold dense air to the motor. Not worth the cost at all. 4.10's would be a much much better investment.

funny thing. everyone gets so hyped up on rims, but the rims that people buy arent a performance mod, the tires are what matters. either way, its strange how everyone supports Visual mods like rims, but totally scoff at visual mods like the shaker. especially since the shaker is far far far less common than rims.
oh yeah i like em just as much when i comes down to it i dont car about gears the shaker is BADASS EBAY lol

Yea basically...if you want show..go with a shaker..if you want go...go with 4.10s and a tune package ..

4.10s/Posi/SCT Tune

Spend a little extra cash.. but your HP will boost up from what you're at now...and both tires spin =)!

The only thing is I can't find a 99-04 V6 gear package, they're all GT on American Muscle, they only sell the gears for the 99-04. And I'll get a Shaker (eventually), I'll just put it on the back burner for now.

And I'm confused.. there are packadges that offer posi-traction?

their isn't a package for the sixer's that i know of. but he is just saying to make sure you get a posi since you will already have the rear end torn apart. Also i think the shaker is awesome, but i think your car looks much better with out it, since you have that whole saleen replica look going, a hoodscoop or a saleen hood would be a much better choice.

So you mean something like this?
http://www.rpmoutlet.com/musv6fordgear.htm

Could I just get away with purchasing the posi or is it best to get all the little stuff with it?

You can just get the posi.. But if you want a v8 feel and your horsepower increased.. gears and the tune..
