Default subframe connector?

ive been checking out maximum motorsport's suspension package for the 95 v6. it comes with a strut tower brace, k member brace, and subframe connector. first, what is a k member brace and what will it do for me?
second, do subframe connectors have to be welded to the frame or do they bolt on. i cant tell from the picture and it doesnt say in the description.
thanks

for a subframe connector to its job it must be welded in or it will never hold the car nice and stiff.

the k-member brace connects the lower rear portions of the K-member together for enhanced rigidity during extreme cornering. Under severe load that part of the k-member can distort which isn't good for handling or chassis rigidity.

It's less a matter of finding parts that you can use than it is a job of finding the parts you should use for your use case. A v6 lacks the front half weight to really benefit from a k-member brace unless you're doing hard core road course action or something similar.

BTW... this belongs in the suspension forum.

And spike nailed it... no bolt in subframe connectors ever. Might as well use rope if you're not going to have them welded on.
