ok i have an 04 v6 and im going with 4.10 gears and a posi trak but what kind of posi would i need? is it 31 Spline , 8.8 or 7.5 Differential, 28-tooth spline anyone have any ideas? tnx

If you have an auto yes you'll need a tune. If you have a 5 speed there are other options.

Yeah, 28 spline 7.5" Ford T-lock will do, and a tunner like diablo or SCT.
