clearly im new and im trying to understand all this exhaust stuff, but im thinking about buying a 2002 v6 mustang and its gonna be an automatic, and i would like to get that deep aggressive tone, so what would be the best for the money with that nice sound, and of course a little power gain? i know its asked a million times, so sorry.

 

I've heard nothing but great things about MAC. If you really want to go all out, and can afford it, get MAC headers, shorty o/r h-pipe, and 2-1/2 catback with 3" tips. This will give you the best sound and power as far as MAC goes. This is what I'm planning on getting this spring. It's tough to match the sound of a GT, especially at higher RPM's so if that's what you're looking for you probably won't be able to get it completely right.

 

go to a shop and have them make a custom setup for you 500 bucks for pipe mufflers tips and instal.
